Evaluate your diet, daily habits, and lifestyle through the lens of Ayurvedic principles to identify areas for improvement.

Focus on strengthening your digestion, the core of your health, which impacts your energy, mood, and overall well-being.

You’ll leave with a personalized plan tailored to support your unique needs, including dietary recommendations, lifestyle adjustments, and simple daily rituals to balance your digestive fire and promote long-term vitality.

Lincoln Street Studio Private Booking Policies

    • Private sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to instructor availability.

    • Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

    • 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Cancellations made within this timeframe will receive a full credit toward a future session.

    • Late Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours Notice): Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged 50% of the session fee.

    • No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to attend their session without prior notice will be charged 100% of the session fee ($60 no-show fee applies to standard private bookings).

    • If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

    • We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
